ARE THEY PRODUCED IN CHINA?
Do you know that the replacement Chinese toner so-called. “clones” violate the patent rights of the original toner manufacturer. Anyone who imports, distributes, resells or owns such a product violates legally protected patent rights and may bear the financial costs due to this.
ISO / IEC products may bear a mark with a specific ISO / IEC technical standard only when it is clearly established that they are manufactured and / or tested according to the prescribed procedures in the individual ISO / IEC technical standard, or that the test results produced or obtained in the test report in the same way as a reference OEM product, and possess the appropriate accredited Certificates issued by a certification body recognized in the European Union.
Certified manufacturer of newly manufactured products according to ISO / IEC 19752, ISO / IEC 19798, ISO / IEC 24711 must comply with strict requirements set by the technical standards but also by the conformity assessment body.
ISO / IEC Technical Standards have set strict rules for making and / or testing cartridge with powder or ink. If the conformity assessment body has the required accreditation, it can check within the auditing process whether the manufacturer has adopted all the procedures for testing / examination the product and if all the processes comply with the requirements of a particular technical standard are provided in a positive (harmonized) or negative (mismatched) an opinion on a management system that ultimately leads to the issuance / non-issuance of the certificate or its maintenance / non-compliance.
In the case of audits carried out under the Global Conformity Program, and if the manufacturer is given a positive (harmonized) opinion on the procedure and the testing and the validity of the Test Report, the conformity of the test procedure with the specified technical standards (ISO / IEC 19752, ISO / IEC 19798 and ISO / IEC 24711) is certified by a separate Certificate.
Test reports must be obtained by pre-determined procedures or prescribed international standards by the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission according to the methodology described in ISO / IEC 19752 or ISO / IEC 19798 or ISO / IEC 24711. If some of the conditions are not satisfied, the Test Reports are invalid and the resulting certificates have not been issued.
The output results obtained in the Powder or Ink Cartridge Test Report must be equal to or better than the reference OEM product or consumable material of the printer manufacturer or related device.
PT products possess accredited Certificates and Test Reports manufacturer, tested and confirmed by an accredited Certification Body. Accredited Certificate issued by the relevant EU conformity assessment body, certified by the Croatian Accreditation Agency. Also, all ISO / IEC products have a certificate from an authorized service from the Republic of Croatia that during testing and receiving test reports there were no negative impacts on the devices and did not damage or overcharge any vital part of the printer or related device.
PT products use only a certified reproduction, powder or ink as in OEM product or consumable material of the printer manufacturer or related device. The same used PT chips are ” Patent free ”, they have their own patents and are 100% compatible with the OEM cartridge chip.
Note: Toner-iks Guarantee does not cover physical damage, glue, paper clips, correctors, use the wrong paper jam, use of the wrong paper, marks etc.
A. OEM Ink Cartridges (Original): Newly produced ink cartridges manufactured by the printer or related device manufacturer or by a third party on behalf of the printer or related device manufacturer. Newly produced cartridges may contain a certain percentage of recycled parts.
B. Refurbished Cartridges: Refurbished OEM cartridges refurbished by a third party. The cartridge has been refurbished so that nothing changes from the parts on the cartridge or the visible defective consumable parts on the OEM cartridge are changed, the cartridge is filled with powder or ink, can be tested and ready for reuse. This type of cartridge can be made by a non-certified company (the user has no guarantee of the quality of the renewal process) or by a certified company that holds all the required certifications for the specified activities. The final product bears a brand new mark and has no affiliation with the OEM product.
C. Newly manufactured cartridges: a portion of OEM material and material that does not fall within the patent rights of the OEM manufacturer are used for production. The final product bears a brand new mark and has no affiliation with the OEM product. The cartridge is manufactured by a certified manufacturer who holds all the required certifications for the above activities. Newly produced third-party cartridges may have test reports from the manufacturing process if the manufacturer is certified for testing activities according to the methodology described in a specific technical standard for a particular product type.
D.Newly made replacement toner cartridges – clone: a newly made cartridge not made by an OEM cartridge manufacturer but by a third party in a way that it was literally a copy of the original OEM cartridge. It is sold under the name of the company that made it a copy of the original cartridge or more commonly under the OEM cartridge model.
E. Counterfeit OEM Cartridges: A newly manufactured cartridge that is not made by an OEM cartridge manufacturer but by a third party and impersonates and sells as an OEM cartridge (Original).
It is important to note that companies that use ink cartridges in their day-to-day business are required to be better informed about these issues, that is, what is permitted use and does not infringe European Union patent.

Warranty and its benefits.
Each supplied ISO / IEC toner, ink cartridge and drum from our software has a 24-month warranty, and if there is a problem with the toner-iks product, the user is entitled to free service of the device and new free toner, ink cartridge or drum. On this principle, each user of toner-iks products can be assured of using ISO / IEC toner cartridges, ink cartridges, or drums for their printer or related device.
The warranty does not cover improper handling, physical damage to the product, malfunctions caused by the action of higher forces.
The guarantee does not include ISO / IEC products that are consumed more than 70%.
